"At Earth we use local suppliers many of whom are our students and even teachers here at Samadhi. It really is a ‘family’ kitchen. We also aim to use local, very fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients where at all possible. Where we can, we support small businesses and suppliers rather than big industry.
