We recommend first reading our restaurant guidelines. For the sake of format continuity, we ask that you use our template and follow the steps below.
1. Click the page for the city where this restaurant is located. Use the Edit button (in the toolbar at the top of your page) and add a link to the restaurant, following the template for other restaurants already established on the city's page and then scroll to the bottom and click Save.
2. A link should now appear for the new restaurant. Click it! It will tell you this page does not exist yet, but you're about to change all that. Click "create page."
3. On this new page you should change the title to the format "Restaurant Name - City, State".
Example: Loving Eden - Sydney, NSW
4. In the drop-down menu that says "Initial Content" you'll need to choose the template called "New Restaurant Page.
5. Within the template it should be obvious which parts you should fill in:
- The name of the restaurant
- The type (vegan/vegetarian/vegan-friendly)
- A description or quote from their website.
- Their contact website, phone #, email address if applicable.
- Link to its vegaroo review.
- A url to photos of food/decor of the restaurant. Please only link to photos you've uploaded elsewhere on the web (we recommend using Flickr.com) that you've taken yourself or have permission to link to.
6. Preview and save your changes. You can always go back and edit, or add more information later.
